- 1 1/2 oz Hendricks Infused Gin
- 1/2 oz rhubarb syrup
- 1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Brut Champagne
Combine Hendricks Infused Gin, rhubarb syrup and lemon in a shaker. Shake well. Fine strain into a chilled champagne glass, top with brut champagne. Garnish with a thin slice of kumquat.
- 16 Kaffir Lime leaves bruised between your palms
- 10 cracked cardamom seeds
- 8 kumquat’s thinly sliced
Add all ingredients to a 750 ml bottle of Hendricks gin, shake bottle daily. Wait a week, fine strain into an airtight container.
- 4-5 Stalks of rhubarb – one cup when chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Cut rhubarb into one inch pieces. Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan. Bring liquid up to a boil. Turn down heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Fine strain into an airtight container.
